Fresh off Above & Beyond’s stellar performance last night, it’s needless to say – I’m still awake. I left the club diagnosed with an evermore addiction to bass thumping, fist pumping, bodies bumping syndrome. So, having been inspired by ruptured ringing ear drums, I dedicate this post to the appreciation of records like these heard in live, real energetic environments.

Miami based Digital Lab takes this progressive bomb from his friend Pedro Henriques and adds a little more club flare to it by adding some more synth to the drop and bit more power the underlying bass line, while keeping the amazing vocals from Giuseppe Viola. Belgian Dj and producer Sieg Motmans a.k.a “Seige” has gifted us with this absolutely massive re-edit of the 2003 classic club tune “Le Djinns” from Djuma Soundsystem. It keeps much of the original song in tact with the recognizable Middle Eastern guitar influences, while adding some extra power the synths and underlying bass texture to give this song a more modern EDM feel ready to be played loud and immediately.

Albin Myers & Norman Doray have combined to create this fantastic bootleg of Chicane’s classic club hit “Don’t Give Up” and have given it away for free. This is a great, original bootleg in a time where a bootleg is usually just adding vocals to the song, they add energy to this classic with its recognizable synth progression, giving it new life.

Tom Buster & Luke Tolosan are two french Djs who are not well known outside of France, but could do well with this song. This is a track they released for free a little while back and it is massive with a pulsing, electro synth build and pounding, driving bass and synth drop.

This is a sweet and chill remix of Bounce, one of my favorites of Calvin Harris’. ChasenDreamzz and Nonstopp worked up one hell of a collaboration remix. Kelis’ vocals sound perfectly matched with the sweet dubstep drop, great track to go driving around to or even a chill club track.
