Not sure whether I should hit delete on my iTunes or play this at the next party I’m at. It’s a straight manufactured radio hit featuring a catchy hook, upbeat house/electro instrumental, and three of the most powerful names out right now. David Guetta for starters, switched up his sound in the verse’s with a more electro house sound almost fitting something we’d expect from an Afrojack or Diplo song. Chris Brown delivers as always, I can’t get enough Chris Brown. And Lil Wayne followed suit with his most recent material and created some more garbage for 14 year old girls to eat up…”Like you can kiss you’re old dude goodbye, smoochie?” Thoughts?

When it comes to rapping, Chris Brown goes hard. He didn’t really expose his rap swag until after the whole Rihanna incident coming out with a few freestyles here and there. Recently however, he got his shot to internationally debut it on the hit, “Look At Me Now.” “Real Hip Hop Shit #4″ is inspired by some news channels trying to take hits at him and entice his fans with a few separate incidences by displaying pictures of Rihanna’s beaten face at shows (old news). He relays a simple message straight off the bat…”Do you think I give a f*ck what you think about me, I’ve got my chin up brother walking properly.”

Has this track been reworked, remixed, and recycled just one too many times? Absolutely not. This Cosmic Dawn remix proves that point through a smooth intro that leads right into some club banging meat. This one encompasses just about everything from girl fire to banger throughout the 6 minute timeframe. And for good measure, I’ve thrown in another (less poppy/clubby) take on the original.
