Events | Full Lineup Revealed for Badlands Music Festival

Posted by on June 9, 2014

Western Canada has kept up with the rise of EDM with a number of high profile shows and events over the past few years and Badlands Music Festival has been among those leading the way. Kaskade, Afrojack and Steve Aoki helped inaugurate the event last year and with this years lineup now fully revealed, it’s sure to be a good time once again. Dada Life, Duck Sauce, The Bloody Beetroots and Borgore are just a few of those on the lineup. In addition to those headliners, they are also many other great artists such as GTA and, as always, my tight, tight bros, The Chainsmokers. If you would like to know how Drew and Alex seduce women or their thoughts on glory holes, then check out the interview I did with them. If you are in Calgary on July 4th to the 6th and enjoy dance music, then join me at Badlands. Full lineup in the video above and go here to buy tickets.

Electro-House | The Bloody Beetroots – Keep On Dancing Feat. Drop The Lime (Angger Dimas Remix)

The Bloody Beetroots - Keep On Dancing Feat. Drop The Lime (Angger Dimas Remix)Sir Bob has released the remix package for one of the most popular tunes from his recently released sophomore artist album “Hide”. We highlight Angger Dimas who keeps many of the natural elements of the original and then the drop comes in with unrestrained aggression, getting after it with fearsome kicks and snares and glitchy synths. Angger Dimas has been on fire with huge collabs the past year and keeps that going with a big time remix for the knightly producer.

Electro-House | The Bloody Beetroots & Greta Svabo – Chronicles Of A Fallen Love

Posted by on October 23, 2012

Holy Apollo, I was not expecting this track to release today. (Fact: Apollo was also the Greek God of Music) It has seemed to be forever ago when I first listened to this track played on a Youtube video from a Bloody Beetroots live set. Then I thought it was awesome, but seriously after hearing the real deal I clearly had not fathomed the greatness of this track. Greta Svabo’s voice is absolutely beautiful, the way her vocals portray the lyrics is outstanding. The Bloody Beetroots on the other hand produced something out of a fairytale.
