Deep House | Blonde – I Loved You

Blonde - I Loved YouFacebook | SoundCloud | Twitter

The UK scene has been exploding with talent these past years, and Blonde is def part of that pot of gold that you shouldn’t be sleeping on, unless you want to be that dude who heard Disclosure’s “Latch” for the first time once it hit  radio in the US ( don’t be that guy! ). Blending deep house with that crossover pop sound, which at no means should be taken as an insult, you’re going to find yourself addicted to this jam, with an infectious hook, and 90’s UK R&B vibe that I can’t get enough of, and you won’t either! This is going to be on repeat for me all day, it’s a must listen!

Sam Feldt is that dude,  and his remix of Syn Cole’s “Bright Lights” is my second favorite remix of his, right behind Mumford & Sons’ “I Will Wait For You,” but it could be your favorite, and I hope it is!  Come to think of it, it might be my favorite, having followed his latest releases, it’s certain that he’s taking his deep house/ chill house / tropical house / “whatever you want to call it” house signature style to a new a level, that bass that kicks in at 1:58 , layered in with the violin straight warms my hearts and ears. Have yourself your own little dance party, this is a must listen and a must download!

Tchami dog coming in hot. He called it earlier this week, and he delivered. The enigmatic Parisian drops the first installment of his “Confessions” mix series. You know why Tchami wears a priest outfit to every single show he plays? Because future house is the new religion. This mix is spiritual.

How we missed this, I’ll never know. Building on the success of “Won’t Look Back” Duke Dumont enlists the legendary Shadow Child to put a UK garage spin on this nostalgic 90’s tune due out August 24th on Blase Boys Club. Duke Dumont. Won’t Look Back. Shadow Child. So hot right now. Top tune.

I’m hard on Oliver Heldens. It’s because I like him. I hold him to a higher standard than most. This track, man. This track is a real serious tune. Borrowing largely from the original, Oliver and Gregor Salto breathe new life into a classic. I think I can safely posit that the summer was Oliver Heldens. “Can’t Stop Playing” out August 29th on Spinnin’ Records. Future house is the new religion.
