Future Trap | LA Based Duo Duelle Share Hard-Hitting Future Bass Original “Earthquake”
Posted by VMan on November 30, 2017
Taking their momentum from south to the west, trap-focused duo Duelle, a sister group originally from Florida, have had several notches added to the accolade belt in 2017. From sync opportunities to festival slots, Duelle has grown their fan base, piece by piece, with no pause on the horizon. What will perhaps be one of the final releases of the year, Duelle has unleashed a heavy future bass banger, “Earthquake,” styling a serious vocal theme aligned with head-banging future bass. Duelle nail a quaint balance between the two vibes, making the single a more substantial experience than most of it’s kind.

Featured today on “New Music Friday”, R3HAB and Khrebto team up to drop “You Could Be”, a future bass banger that we’ve had on repeat all day long. It checks all the boxes. Female vocals? Check. Future bass drop? Yep. Future House Synths? Done. It’s a derivative of everything else out there right now, but it’s a well produced derivative. Bottom line, it’s a great track that you need to get familiar with. Immediately.

Future Trap | Folded Dragons Drops Future Bass Remix Of Alaina Cross’s “Six Ft”
Posted by VMan on September 15, 2017
This remix not only is Folded Dragons very first release, but creates a hybrid experience through the use of bass genres that make the ears perk up. Folded Dragons is Albert Pan, based in New York City. The vibe that Pan taps into is down the earth and easy to see eye to eye with. An animated, created-by-paper fantasy world where Dragons live, the electronic music acting as the theme music of the imagery world to play out in the mind. At least that’s what I took away. Folded Dragons is on a cool path right now, interested to see how the rest of the year plays out.

Future Trap | Phil Good and Cruels Join Forces For “Best Beheavior”

Two hot forces of nature come together with the marriage of Phil Good and Cruels, each having more than notable success – Phil Good having previously worked with k?d and Cruels having, on Spotify, locked down 5 million plays on one song and over 200,000 place on his others – these two truly match the best versions of their sounds on recent single “Best Behavior.”
At its core, “Best Behavior” is a crossover of future bass / indie – electronic / soul, the result is fascinating, one highlight being the vocals and drop have equally strong melodies that create certain synergy with each other.
These two have locked down dozens of solid achievements, multi–millions of streams, and are pushing the envelope when it comes to sound design.

LZRD has arisen amongst the SoundCloud producer masses with a new take on the popularized future bass sound. The rather-unknown producer has been a serial collaborator with T-Mass and flipped songs from Kygo, Illenium, the Chainsmokers and more. Next up on his remix hitlist, LZRD decides to inject a high-octane flavor into 3LAU & Said The Sky’s “Fire.” While the original is a soft, elegant electronic ballad, LZRD looks to heighten the emotional impact by layering a ferocious kick drum, biting vocal chops, and grandiose
