Here at FNT, we’ve been supporters of 5 & A Dime for quite some time now, and we’ve seen his growth from a successful mashup career to full-fledged original producer. This Philadelphia-based up-and-comer has been taking the dance world by storm, which can be seen by the support he’s getting on major festival stages, like Coachella, from artists such as The Chainsmokers, TJR, DJ Snake and more. 5 & A Dime just unveiled his latest masterpiece, “Rush,” and it’s appropriately titled as it’s a relentless, electro stomper that also brings future and house sounds in the mix, which are a sign of his musical evolution. It’s already been a fruitful year for the young talent, but he’s bound for greatness throughout the rest of this year and beyond.

Kid Kamillion is a name you’ve probably come around. His name has floated around festival lineups and on various dance music related websites over the years, but his latest tune, “Bad Mouth,” featuring Jesse Slayter and released via Uprise Music, blows past KK releases out of the water.

A certain mixture of a 128 electro tempo and grinding, intense trap sounds is what frames this tune so well. Kid Kamillion, please give us more.

Electro | SNAKED – ARENA

Posted by on September 28, 2015

SNAKED is the brainchild of the elusive Hugh Myrone and Depressed Teenager. The slashing guitar and heavily electronic-focused production is like nothing else in the current music landscape. Exciting to listen to from start to finish, SNAKED takes you on a journey that sounds like a WWF match, 1am at Coachella, and an 80s rock concert, simultaneously.

Already having graced Ham On Everything patrons with a performance, who knows when or where we will see SNAKED next.

YUP is a dope example of the borderless scene electronic music exsists in today. Based out of South Korea, the solo DJ has dropped a new trap EP which showcases his generally heavy style. “Fuck It,” goes hard. “Rolly Polly” being the more intense of the two.

YUP is already known for his live shows and high skill in mixing, he won a DJ Competition in Seattle which is saying something.

Watch YUP grow in 2015, learn more about him here. Oh ya, the EP is free too, grab it here.
