The Moombahton underdog, Valentino Khan, unleashes another banger supported by the likes of Dillon Francis, Toddla T, Bro Safari, ETC!ETC!, Sazon Booya and more. Not many know of this amazing producer, who has been behind some big tracks in other genres that were mentioned in the previous post about him that was a collaboration entitled Rukus. Liquid Stranger dropping a new monster Drumstep original with vocals from Messinian. This track came out of nowhere and surprisingly is a killer tune. Through the buildup we get some vocals from Messinian leading straight into a heavier sounding laser synth drop and some alarm sounds here and there with the occasional “Yoy” synth as well. One of the original dons of dubstep has released another one of his big tunes. There is only one problem, you can only get this on the UK iTunes. As much as I hate to tease you guys like this, I hope you have a friend in the UK who can help you out. If not I’m sure there are other ways to obtain this deep tune (*cough* internet *cough*). Nevertheless the track title says it all and Benga sticks with what got him to this point and that is respect worthy. Where to even begin with this amazing remix EP. If you have heard any recent DnB sets by any artist, then you most likely have heard half of these tracks. This is definitely one of the most well rounded DnB EP’s; including everything from the heaviest DnB/Drumstep tracks to the most melodic form of DnB and everything in between. This Remix EP features all styles of DnB leaving nothing out and making sure everyones listening needs are fulfilled. Also included are two masterpiece originals by the duo which also have been highlights of most DnB sets. You can find the big names in this EP such as FuntCase and Fred V & Grafix as well as new comers, such as Dead Battery who won the remix competition. I wish I could go through and talk about how sensational, well-constructed and instrumentally genius each track is, but that would take me all day and all night. Get this amazing EP on Beatport HERE.

Sub Focus is undeniably one of my favorite producers and I have yet to get tired of this track. I enjoy this track so much that today I decided to throw my top remixes of this track into a remix pack with a little something for everyone. Although I wish this first remix was up for download, it unfortunately is not at this time but if it is in the near future I will let you guys know. It’s an amazing Drum and Bass remix by Elliot M. The intro he created for this remix gets me every time and I’m pretty sure if Sub Focus heard this one, he would be dropping it in his sets.

Rostik’s dubstep interpretation of this track is fire. He takes Sub Focus’s wobbly drop and makes it his own with an ascending synth and some cool sounds.

Diplo and Vato Gonzalez teamed up for this Moombahton original given away for free to be rinsed during SXSW and UMF. You never know what to expect from Diplo, this guy is all over the place with his music. I was surprised when I first heard this track because I wasn’t expecting much and the title had me thinking it was going to be more of a reggae influenced track. Nevertheless a Moombah banger emerged from this collaboration and right in time for the festival season as well.
