A true magician never reveals his tricks. The same can be said for The Magician’s latest “Magic Tape 46” which includes no tracklist. Infuriating? Of course. That’s just what magicians do. Clinton Sparks ain’t got no type. Bad ass drops are the only thing that he likes. Cups full of tea he could do this every night. Alright, back to the post. Building on the success of his “ICONoclast” EP released via Republic Records and Photo Finish, Clinton continues to release quality remixes that have propelled him into residencies in Dallas, Chicago, and Las Vegas. This song should have a million views. It’s too good. It’s a shame people are stuck on progressive house (yuck) because Robby East has a real masterpiece on his hands. Premiered a few weeks ago on “Heldeep Radio” Robby East is an up-and-comer from the Netherlands signed to Spinnin’ Records. Keep your eyes on this young gun, I think he has more ammo in the chamber. Tune and a half!

Tune city! Jacob A & Neevald’s “Everything’s Alright” is a banger on it’s own. Going Deeper came in and brought it to another level. This isn’t a new track by any means, however, as future house grows many of these tracks that hit before “future house” was a thing are being re-discovered. Going Deeper’s “Everything’s Alright” remix is available now on Beatport. Go pick that bad boy up. 1Deeper.

Holy smokes. This track is silly good. If this was FreshNewTracks.com circa 2011 we’d inevitably call the track a certified banger. Located in Hamburg, Calvo is an obscure up and coming producer that only has a few remixes on his Soundcloud. They’re all good, but this “Dangerous” remix is the best. Mein Deutsch ist nicht so gut aber Ich versuche mein besten. Calvo’s neu remix ist fantastich. Los gehts!
House | Tube & Berger – Set It Off (Kryder Remix)

Tube and Berger’s “Set If Off” is an essential tune. Premiered on BBC Radio 1, Kryder’s future house remix (that so happens to be featured on Oliver Heldens new “Heldeep Radio Vol. 22“) is exceptional. If I were a DJ (I’m not) I would put this in my set immediately. It’s that good. Hats off to Kryder. He has a special remix on his hands. No release date just yet. Stay tuned to this space for more.

When I saw this new offering from Low Steppa was being released on Island Dance, I didn’t want to give it a fair shot. Island Dance? There’s something strange about a major label getting involved in the dance space. It feels incredibly inauthentic but you can’t blame the dying major label machine for playing catch up. I’ll give them a break since they’re across the pond. Regardless, Low Steppa is a serious talent and I’d be remiss not to feature it. Be sure to pick it up on Beatport below. Serious tune.
