CJ Trillo – Slow It Down (Prod. by Jim I.E.)

A little over a month ago W8 put me on to this guy, CJ Trillo. Previously known as Sucka Free CJ, Trillo began playing guitar and singing back in 2005, when he was only 15. At first he had no intentions of rapping because at heart he had a love for acoustic music. In December of 2010, Trillo released his first hip-hop project known as Ars Gratia Artis. Almost a year later he dropped Trill Life, a mixtape that I’ve had in constant rotation since I first heard it. His next project release is set for July 11th and should be nothing less than quality because through his music you can tell he’s been constantly progressing. This song is a little different then his previously releases so I added some of his older music below to give you a better taste of the variety. Do you think CJ’s flow is nice?
