Rat City is back with the animation for their follow up to ‘Kind of Love,’ ‘Deliriously Good’, and have been making a splash on Norwegian radio with their retro pop sound. Check out their music video above, conceived by US-based animator ‘Micah Monkey’ who designed a whole world of characters for the band inspired by the Gorillaz, as the band shares, “We are all big fans of the Gorillaz and loved the idea of Rat City starting life as an animated project…telling stories of a hotbed of seedy characters who stab each other in the back at every turn.”

House, Techno | Will Vance’s “Slow Drive” Goes Deeper Than Imagined, Shares Exclusive Interview

Posted by on March 10, 2017

Portland, Orgeon native Will Vance is on a roll lately with his recent creation of his EP for 2017 entitled Days Go By already making an impact with his first self titled release “Days Go By.” Will has gained the attention of many listeners, incorporating soothing atmospheric sounds with the smooth and creamy synth design that we’ve come to love. Will Vance is here to premiere his third track off of his EP entitled “Slow Drive.” Appropriately labeled, the tracks progression is nothing less than euphoric with his use of airy angelic vocal samples down to his rhythmic hi-hat patterns, this track is a perfect drive along song with it’s chilled out string leads and thumping drums, this producer is on his way to a successful start to 2017. “Slow Drive” is released out on Thnk Tnk Records a relatively diverse record label that pulls in styles from all genres, which gives Will the advantage of truly diving into his craft without having to be isolated to a specific sound.

RnB | Dear Jane’s New “Dear Jane” Single & EP Is A Must Listen

Posted by on January 17, 2017

When No Requests sends us music, we listen. It’s rare that we hear an artist that immediately grabs our attention. Dear Jane (also known as Tammy Infusino) accomplished that, and then some. Her brand new “Dear Jane” EP produced by Nico Cary and Rafael Casal is six tracks of atmospheric, dark, and mysterious RnB that we can’t get enough of. A honest rendition of someone who can’t stop making bad decisions (we’ve all been there) Dear Jane’s “EP” and title track is a refreshingly raw project, exploring failed relationships, heartbreak, and instability. Did we mention you’ll have it on play for weeks to come?

Dear Jane is a FNT artist to watch.

Hip-Hop, Trap | HIP-HOP | LEELEE HAXI DELIVERS THE FIRST SINGLE OFF HER DEBUT PROJECT

Posted by on August 17, 2016

LeeLee Haxi (formerly ‘Leah Haxhi’) has been dropping loose singles for the past couple of months and is finally blessing us with a full project next month. ‘Pull Up’ is the first release off of the debut, entitled ‘Until Then’, and its chill, late night riding vibes makes it a perfect summer track. Infusing hip-hop, trap and even elements of grunge, ‘Pull Up’ is a great illustration of how amorphous, unpredictable but at the same time comforting LeeLee’s sound can be. If this melodious trap experimentation is indicative of the sound on ‘Until Then’, the project is going to be a must listen. Be sure to listen/share ‘Pull Up’ and to follow LeeLee on her socials @LeeLeeHaxi to stay up to date with more singles and videos off the debut.
