Future Funk, Nu Disco | Lady Gaga’s “Stupid Love” Receives Facelift From Disco Inspired Artist Sparkee

Posted by on April 4, 2020

Released as a bootleg of sorts, DJ, producer, and instrumental-influenced persona Sparkee has put his signature touch on a pop classic from a legend. “Stupid Love (Sparkee Remix)” grooves on with plenty of positive vibes delivered.

Known for instrumental talent that Sparkee is able to translate well to the digital world, the solo act ends up being one of the easiest to stick to with a well-rounded showcase of posts and music content that give fans the opportunity to remain entertained. A feat easier said than done.

The guitar-shredding Sparkee isn’t slowing down online regardless of what the future holds, with more releases planned for April.

Sparkee has found popularity on social media channels from Reddit to Spotify, a quick search resulting in content millions have scene and commented on.

Chicago producer Goldhouse releases “Over,” a timeless pop ditty that very could well end up on your radio, this is no different than “Shut Up And Dance With Me” or whatever else catchy pop record is currently playing on your radio that you can’t help but belt out while cruising in the whip. I can’t help but hear Enrique Iglesias singing this tune, but nah it’s Goldhouse, and he does it all, no wonder both Katy Perry and Lady Gaga have called on his talents for official remix! Producer / DJ / singer / songwriter GOLDHOUSE struck gold with his single “FeelGood” and now is prepared to unveil the remixes for the feel good single. GOLDHOUSE has put his name on official remix efforts for Lady Gaga and Lady Gaga, in part because of his signing to Capitol Music (the power of majors), but now the tables turn on his tune. We are honored to premiere San Francisco based producer / DJ Ken Loi’s remix of “FeelGood”, who keeps the soothing summery vibes of the original and layers a deftly crafted layer over top with a subtle growling low end for club potency. The remix bundle will also include efforts from Pierce Fulton, Chuckie and Zookeeper, so get ready for all of that coming on April 8th. Don’t sleep on this remix from Ken Loi!

lady-gaga-do-what-u-want_0This might be premature to say, but this new tune by Lady Gaga, and R. Kelly might be my favorite track of 2013, and I’m only on my first play of the record. The ass made me click play, and I don’t regret it. The great DJ Snake produced this record, and it’s already #1 in 13 countries, safe to say anything the man touches turns into gold! THIS IS A MUST LISTEN!

Pop | Vera Flash – Masochistic

Vera Flash I AMA MUSEUM

NYC artist Vera Flash just released a video for her single “Masochistic” off her 4 track EP “I Am A Museum,” and I am impressed. Vera linked up with Brooklyn producer Rusty Mack to put together a dark and poppy sound, comparable to the likes of Santigold, Lady Gaga, and M.I.A. The Colin Palmer directed video is a work of art, and we can always expect something different from Vera when it comes to visuals, you should see her video “Hustle.” This is overall a strong project, and a good teaser for the sound that we can anticipate in the future from Miss Flash. I look forward to hearing more from Vera and her team! Shout out to Rusty Mack and Red Walrus!

Hip-Hop | Kendrick Lamar feat. Lady Gaga – Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe (Alternative Version)

Posted by on November 7, 2012

If you haven’t heard already, Kendrick Lamar recently released arguably one of the best hip-hop albums of the year, Good Kid, m.A.A.d city, which sold over a whopping 240k in the first week alone. One of the stand out tracks on the album “Bitch, Don’t Kill My Vibe” had originally been planned with Lady Gaga on the chorus. Kendrick stated it didn’t make the album due to deadlines they had to meet, but Lady Gaga said it was because she wasn’t willing to compromise musically to the changes Kendricks camp was making to her music. Gaga has just released the unheard version of the song in her newly started video series. Personally, I’m glad this wasn’t the version that appeared on the album because it changes the whole vibe of the song and doesn’t seem to fit the album’s sound, hence the reason Kendricks camp wanted to make changes. What do you people think?
