Electronic | Justin Caruso Drops Free Blink 182 Remix

Posted by on May 1, 2017

Justin Caruso proved he’s more than just a “SoundCloud” remixer just a few short months ago after dropping his debut original “Talk About Me.”  The record broke 1M Streams on Spotify, was #44 on the Global Viral Charts, and blew past a million streams in a few short weeks on platforms like YouTube and SoundCloud. With his next original dropping on May 12th, Caruso wanted to get back to his original roots and throw out a free remix for the fans like the old days.

Caruso dropped a remix Blink 182’s classic “All The Small Things”, saying “let’s get nostalgic.” The remix is reminiscent of Caruso’s signature sound he blew up on from his remixes with future house jabs and a completely original uptempo drop, we get a new rendition of this song perfectly in tune with the trends in house music.  Fresh off signing with CAA on the touring front, Caruso recently announced he will be playing the notorious SummerFest in Milwaukee alongside Chainsmokers and many others and hinted at a massive fall tour coming.

Man this “Is It Love” remix package might just be my favorite one of 2016. Jenaux already dropped a fire mix, and Justin Caruso followed that up perfectly with his take on the track. While Caruso’s take is more on the future side of things, this isn’t the cookie cutter Future Bass we’re used to. Featuring acoustic guitars, melodic vocal chops, and beautiful sound design, Justin Caruso’s remix is one we’ll be jamming out to all summer. Check out the track now and be sure to download it as all proceeds go to “Pencils of Promise”.
