Since the EP has dropped it has had great success, reaching #6 overall on the iTunes album charts and #33 on the Billboard Independent Albums charts. Albums, Alternative | Radical Something – No Sweat EP [Review]

While the crisp winter breeze may still be in the air for some of us unfortunate northerners, California’s warm weather is back in our speakers. Radical Something just released their second project, a six track EP entitled No Sweat. We’ve shown tons of love for these guys since the start and are proud to be involved in this project.

As you probably know by now, their music and sound is much different than anything that’s out right now and that’s what makes them unique. Big Red smashes the MPC and production (and even throws down a mystery verse on “Say Yes” at about the 1:30 mark), Loggy dishes out the hip-hop side of things while Josh Cocktails boasts his powerful voice, adding flavor to every track. What is most impressive to me about this group is their ability to work cohesively and offer versatility while maintaining their sound. Hearing their music always brightens the mood. This has a much different vibe than We Are Nothing their debut album which dropped towards the end of last summer and shows the progression from the trio. The No Sweat EP is out now on iTunes for only $2.99 get it here!

Radical Something let us release “Say Yes” as an exclusive for the fans. You can also listen to a preview of each track on the album below. Let the beat breathe and be easy, RS has done it again.
