I say “classic Jacob Es flow” because even in a career so young, he has already created a signature sound through his unique delivery. Collin Mcloughlin’s latest cover of Lana Del Rey’s Video Games is nothing short of a masterpiece. His raw composition skills really show through with the unique construction of the drum loop, in which he compressed sounds made from back of his guitar. ONce again Collin delivers an unforgettable performance, and this time he has a special purposed for releasing his video:
I am putting this cover out is to help promote my selection for a chance to play at the Billboard Music Awards. I was chosen as one of 18 finalists for the slot, and I need to get more votes than the other two people in my bracket to be able to perform in Vegas amongst some of the biggest stars in music.

I really enjoyed this weeks picks for R Rated. Sev and I really want people to understand that we can post the wobbly, wompy dubstep any day of the week, but there is only one day that truly deserves the filth that we provide you on Wednesdays. Enjoy.
Why not start off with a bang? The first on the list for R this week is actually a 2 track free EP from Terrabad. Both tracks are dirty as hell, and no one track deserved to be up here more than the other.
TERRABAD – FREE IS BETTER EP by TERRABAD
This track may come as a bit of a confusion to most of you, it does in fact start out as drum & bass. I am telling you though once it drops you will accept the drumstepish quality of this filthy track.
Camo and Krooked – Hot Pursuit(PrototypeRaptor Bootleg Remix) [free download] by PrototypeRaptor
Popeska has truly come out of no where and has really made a name for himself. This remix of his starts out with a complextro vibe to it, and damn does it sound sick.
Big L – Flamboyant (Popeska Remix) by Popeska
I have no idea who these two are, but after falling upon this track, I really want to get to know them. The vocals add a little emotion to the VIP, then that anger fulled drop really takes off with the rest of the track.
Nightmare & NICMOR – We’re Really Flying (Drumstep VIP) by Nightmare & NICMOR
Mathy literally just showed up in the chatbox and dropped this beast in front of my eyes. I thought “Oh, my new haircut, this is going to be lame as f**k.” I am so happy I took a chance to listen to this, because this track is epic. Makes me want to run dual wielding through a maternity ward leaving no survivors.

Dubstep | Florence and the Machine – Cosmic Love (Cemoa Remix)

I know R Rated is going up later today (which is epic by the way), but this remix could not wait. This just so happens to be one of the first remixes that Cemoa has done, and it is absolutely breath taking. I think that even if you usually don’t find yourself dipping your ears in dubstep, this track is for anyone willing to give it a chance. As many of you have started to notice, a few changes have been made with how things are done on FNT. The days of file-sharing and piracy are numbered I am sad to say. Mediafire, Hulkshare, Zippyshare, and many others are starting to be more pressured to comply with the RIAA. Which means FNT and many other site’s uploads are being taken down before you are even given the chance to listen. FreshNewTracks is not the only site to be affected, all of us are taking this hit hard and things have gotten to the point where there is no other choice, but to take a more legal approach in this business. Don’t let that bring you down though. FNT will still be able to provide tons of free downloads daily, I can promise that.
When it comes to posting tracks you have to purchase, I know exactly what you’re thinking, “Why don’t I just visit iTunes and Beatport instead?” For one thing we provide a personal experience that they cannot match. Second, do you really want to waste all your time filtering through tons of crap releases only to find one track you really like? The choice is yours whether or not you want to continue following us. I can confidently say that all of us will continue to put full effort into FreshNewTracks and keep it running strong. We believe in a bright future in music and plan to see it through til the end.

I’ve been sitting on this one since it dropped because I was kind of ambivalent about it at first, but it just hit me today: this is actually a monster. Dead CΔT Bounce’s remix doesn’t waste any time, jumping right into the heavy, driving theme of “There and Back” before chopping the notes against some hard synths for an intense electro break. Yes, I am aware that this has been floating around the bLoGoSpHeRe for about a week or so, so if you’ve already got it I apologize. But if you don’t, here’s your chance.

Moving right along. This bootleg layers in the ethereal vocals from Kaskade/Deadmau5’s “Move For Me,” giving the original “There and Back” a little extra thrill factor. The result is pretty killer — definitely worth a listen.
