With less than a month to go until the kick off of TomorrowWorld, the Georgia-based festival has been rolling out announcements nearly every week. We’ve gotten stand-out mixes from Shaq, Thomas Newson, Benny Benassi, Sam Feldt, and Michael Calfan, a myriad of brand new stage curators, like Thomas Jack and The Magician, and brand new stage themes, like the ATL stage and the LIVE! stage, but this week, TomorrowWorld has given us a glimpse of what the third edition of their festival will look like, with an inside look at the nine unique stage design and the official trailer for this year’s festival. Like years past, Tomorrowland will be passing on the torch, and their “Key to Happiness” theme, to its sister festival in America. Following the trapped out mix by Shaq Aka DJ Diesel and the diversified feature by Benny Benassi, France’s Michael Calfan is the next artist heading to the Chattahoochee Hills of Georgia that will preview what he has coming in September with an Exclusive TomorrowWorld mix. Calfan really took hold in the modern dance age with his reinvented soul house sound. It’s super upbeat, super feel-good, and has a demeanor that surprisingly fits on the main stage alongside big room. For this mix, the Parisian maestro leads us through a selection of tracks from Riva Starr’s “The Loft” to his own remix of “Koala” to Watermät and MOGUAI’s recently dropped “Portland.” Full of soul, groove, and bass, Michael Calfan keeps our ears satisfied for all 60 minutes of the mix, and the best part is its for free download

Last year, TomorrowWorld drummed up anticipation for the festival by releasing a stellar guest mix each week as a part of their “Artists of Tomorrow” mix series. Emerging artists at the time like Oliver Heldens, Milo & Otis, Lane 8, and others all used their mixes as opportunities to showcase their varied styles, and the “Artists of Tomorrow” series was one of the best things to come out of the festival last year. This year, TomorrowWorld tabbed Shaq AKA DJ Diesel for the first mix of the year, and now, Benny Benassi has taken the decks to deliver an hour-long history lesson on house music. On his mix, the international tastemaker has selected a diverse assortment house cuts ranging from deep, to tech, to electro, and anything in between. You can stream the mix above, and if you don’t have tickets to TomorrowWorld yet, you can get them here.

The second wave of artists announced rounds out the lineup quite nicely – bassheads are well represented by Bassnectar and Borgore, while Porter Robinson and Rudimental will help ring in the inaugural L!VE stage. Pop | Timeflies Tuesday – All The Way (Acoustic)

Timeflies latest single gets the acoustic treatment for this weeks edition of TFT.  I’ve gotta say, after removing the heavy production and complementing Cal’s pure vocals with Rez’s string work, the track has a whole new vibe.  No drops, no funky folk, just smooth vocal sailing – I dig it.  If you prefer the beefed up banger version, you can indulge in the original track below.  Album coming soon.  Stay connected, and as always, stay classy.
