Electro-House | Bass Physics – Keep the Party Live

Posted by on December 12, 2012

If you need some funky electronic jams to chill out to this week, Bass Physics is your answer. This duo has been coming up quickly in Colorado playing with names such as Minnesota & Zion I, Radical Something, and Savoy (Feb 2013). These guys are producing some of the best funky electronic jams I’ve heard in a while. Sick electro-house accompanied by live guitar (think Big Gigantic but guitar), Bass Physics is sure to be a standout act soon. Electro-House | We Come Running – Danny Olson & Adam Nello Remix

Posted by on December 12, 2012

Danny Olson gives us his own unique take on Youngblood Hawke’s mega smash We Come Running. Unlike many of the remixes out there, Danny and Adam have been able to accentuate the already epic qualities of this track to create a monster House anthem.

DO SOMETHING

Electro-House, Progressive House | Chuckie & Junxterjack – Make Some Noise (Remixes)

Posted by on December 7, 2012

Dirty dutch master Chuckie gave us the driving, bleepy original and now has assembled some quality talent to remix this great track. It starts with the biggest name Laidback Luke, who unsurprisingly delivers the best remix keeping many of the elements of the original, but giving the drop driving electro synths for a fuller body. GLOWINTHEDARK & Wax Motif give it a trap twist, while Deorro goes along the same path as Laidback Luke, but adds more of a dutch feel to it and gives great variation between both drops. Mastiksoul adds a tribal feel to the track with more percussion and Crookers rounds out the package with a high pitched lead.

Electro-House | Clinton VanSciver – Hashtag Swag

Posted by on December 5, 2012

We’ve posted about Clinton VanSciver a few times this year, but this is one of the coolest/most unique tracks we’ve seen come from the young up and comer. He blends his signature Dirty Pop style with flow from Baltimore rapper Hella Hazard, and the result is a something you’ve probably never experienced. The release, out on Prep School Recordings, features several remixes, but my personal favorite is Matt DiMona’s progressive-house take on the track. Check them out below:

Electro-House | Delerium Ft. Michael Logan – Days Turn Into Nights (Seven Lions Remix)

Posted by on December 4, 2012

Lucky Beatport to have this awesome exclusive midtempo release of Seven Lions. Seven Lions stated that Delerium has actually been a big inspiration to him, even before he was interested in electronic music. He always seems to have the best layout on his tracks for the vocals. Not that he doesn’t do a a good job on the instrumentals, it’s just his vocal placement always is that cherry on top of something already delicious.

Electro-House | Wolfgang Gartner & Tom Staar – Evil Lurks

Posted by on December 4, 2012

It took an extra day to come out, but “Evil Lurks” has arrived as both Wolfgang Gartner and Tom Staar continue their prolific late year outputs with this erie track that would serve best as a halloween anthem, yet in the holiday season it fits all the same. Wolfgang tabs fast rising Tom Staar on this track that gives us a change in direction from what we have seen from the two of them lately, taking a more melodic approach, intertwining well placed electro stabs into the layers of this track. As both of these producers head into the new year riding the wave of outstanding releases, look for more unique tracks from them as 2013 fast approaches.
