This is one of those don’t shoot the messenger kind of deals. I know this remix has been out for about 3 months now. In those months this has been the least hyped remix of Skrillex’s. It’s about time the general public gets a listen at this Norwegian BANGER.

Skrillex’s remix of Frida Gold’s “Zeig Mir Wie Du Tanzt” is solid (per usual). It’s different from some of the other work he’s done–the tempo is a bit more up-beat and most of Frida’s vocals are included. Nevertheless, this track is glorious.
New Skrillex was just what I needed to start my weekend off right (Oh, and that painting of him, posted above, is just too ill).

The Bloody Beetroots have squeezed 18 of their best remixes into one album–set to release on Valentine’s Day. Best Of…Remixes will feature The Chemical Brothers, MSTRKRFT and many others. For the past three years, The Bloody Beetroots have pleased the ears of electronic music lovers. I’m sort of thankful this compilation is dropping on the 14th (my girlfriends and I will most definitely play the album, in all of its “historical” glory, before going out). Cheers to being single!
