Back in November we introduced you to BoomBotix. For those of you who weren’t fortunate enough to know we existed back then, well allow me to introduce one of the greatest devices the world of speakers has to offer. This little guy is a portable speaker compatible with any audio device and is perfect for the bass-head on the go. The back features a little clip so you can easily attach it on your belt and bump beats while you walk, bike, drive, or rave. I know what your thinking, “the sound quality on that dinky thing must be about the same at my iPhone speaker.” Well, I’ve got news for you. This. Thing. BUMPS.

Check out the latest release from Kenton Dunson, a Progressive House remix of his song “Momentum” (from his first Creative Destruction LP) by electronic producer Hollidayrain.

Kenton also recently released a song titled “NFL Flow” to his supporters last Friday in celebration of his album Creative Destruction 2 reaching over 30,000 downloads as well as in hopes that the NFL lockout comes to a close next week. He pulled a beat out from his archives that he made back in college using the NFL on Fox theme as a sample and ripped a verse over it.

Will Steep of TGCHU is back with a remix to Kate Nash’s Nicest Thing. This track is a more traditional hip-hop beat which we aren’t used to hearing from them, but still has plenty of electro feel to it. If you’re just getting into TGCHU, check out this old post which has some of their best tracks.

Here are two tracks from Wiz, Young Spitta, and Big Sean. Surprisingly, only one of the songs is about smoking weed. Both tracks are dope tracks to chill to. Sean’s verses are last on both tracks in case you were wondering. Very little information regarding where these tracks would end up was released, but for the time being, we don’t really care. Judging by Wiz calling the trio Fly Boys in the beginning of O.T.T.R., I wouldn’t be surprised if we hear some more tracks from the group in the near future.
