Juan El Grande’s journey into the world of music began in his youth, deeply influenced by icons like Peter Frampton, Pink Floyd, and Slade. Growing up in Belgium, he found solace and expression in music, a passion that followed him to Spain. He describes himself as “a music lover through and through,” with his life’s trajectory leading naturally to creating his own music. This path of dedication and inspiration finally culminated in his debut EP, “Discover Now.”

El Grande’s career kick-started with his poignant single “Father” in 2022, a heartfelt tribute to his father. His storytelling prowess is evident in tracks like “Another Hero’s Gone,” which spins a tale of a Formula 1 driver, and “Born To Be,” where the listener is transported to a local bar. His ability to weave personal and fictional narratives has earned him recognition and admiration. “Will 2 Play” is another highlight, showcasing his love for music and his commitment to taking listeners on a journey.

The EP “Discover Now” is a collection of five tracks, each one telling a unique story. The newest single, “Locked Inside,” humorously explores prison life, reminiscent of “Jailhouse Rock.” El Grande’s entrancing lyrics, mellow basslines, and rhythmic percussion make each song a distinct experience.
