As if Dabin’s original single “Touch” with Daniela Andrade wasn’t beautiful enough, Kannibalen Records enlists three remixes for the magnificent musical specimen. As you can expect from the Kannibalen crew, they diversify the EP with sounds ranging from club-friendly side, to the headphones and chill side. Kicks N Licks bring the bass with their dubby interpretation that plays towards a festival friendly style. Ghosts, who already has a strong catalog of quality remixes, adds another with one of the most sensational house tracks that has graced the deeper side of the genre. Lastly, Imagined Herbal Flows brings a downtempo future remix that rounds out the EP quite nicely. Dabin and company only brought three tracks to the table, but they weren’t messing around with their choices. Suffice to say, the Touch Remixes EP is definitely worth the purchase price!

GloVibes_Luciana_One By One_Cover (1)We are happy to premiere a little Monday morning pick-me-up from Tailor Trip & Slex as they remix the brand new “One By One” from Italian producer, DJ GloVibes and noted singer in the dance space, Luciana. Though this collaboration may not have the same star power as some of the other tracks Luciana has worked on with the likes of Tiësto, Hardwell or KSMHR, it packs a similiar punch with the new remix that adds an anthemic touch to the single. The kid is back. After dropping jaws with his ‘Smooth Criminal’ performance, and fresh off his latest tour with Mat Zo, Haywyre has gifted us with another spectacular look into what the Haywyre experience is like as he performs ‘Insight’ in a dark and ominous room as a single light shines down on him and his keyboard. The galvanizing performance is sure to have ticket-holders eager to have him touch down in their city and perform the new track alongside his already incredible catalog of music. Haywyre continues his mission to provide his listeners with music that not only presents variety and originality, but also carries the essence of a narrative. As one of Monstercat’s most promising young talents, Haywyre is bound to impress the world with his instrumental dexterity and production capabilities.

Future House | Jack U Recruit Tchami To “Take U There”

Posted by on December 18, 2014

Diplo and Skrillex recruit enigmatic priest-garb wearing future house purveyor Tchami to put his incredible touch on “Take U There” featuring IDJ’s Kiesza. This remix is so good, it makes me want to pound a million shots of that anti-freeze laced Fireball and throw myself out a high-rise building. Just when I thought he would utilize those Tchami snyths we get an entirely new sound. Just incredible. I can’t wait to go deep with this tune all weekend. Tchami’s “Take U There” drops December 23 via OWSLA / Mad Decent, which can’t come quickly enough. Tchami. I need more Tchami! Tooooo good. [H/T HT]

Melodic Progressive | Sunny Terrace Keeps You Lifted With Their Remix of Puru’s “Toki”

This track is made for those long days that carry into what seems like an endless night. Another track from the combines of Pineapple Digital, the synths take samples of dub, progressive and trance, creating musical fusion. A track wouldn’t have that Sunny Terrace vibe without the gentle touch of piano chords and an uplifting melody that prompt fearless emotion. This remix is another powerful track from his productive studio and I, as per usual, look forward to what Sunny Terrace has in store for 2015!
