Brooks Brown is a 17-year-old musician, producer, audio-engineer, and lover of anything musical. He has been involved in music since he was 9, learning guitar, drums, bass, piano, and then moving on to begin producing music of many kinds. Recently, Brooks has fallen in love with the concept and culture of electronic dance music, and now crafts his own sound with a blend of styles.
Brooks has played at local parties and events, as well as in venues across the midwest. He’s shared the stage with the likes of Riff Raff, Walk the Moon, Paper Diamond, LOUDPVCK, Branchez, Giraffage, and others.
He’s been involved in numerous activities alongside the GRAMMY Music Foundation and the GRAMMY Museum in Los Angeles including the GRAMMY Museum’s Music Revolution Project, GRAMMY Camp NY 2013, and GRAMMY Camp LA 2014, as well as winning the iStandard Producer’s Showcase in Kansas City, returning in 2014 as a featured producer, and placing 5th in Beast of the Beats VII, a national producer competition.
His music is ever-evolving and he continually strives to produce a futuristic and forward sound.
