My last two favorite tracks from EC Twins was “Won’t Let You Down” and “Number One” both of those showed a mature side of EC Twins’ music that jumps out of you.

“Raggatron” goes much harder than these, but still showcases that mature, evolved sound EC Twins has be delivering. I’m pumped to see what these guys push out in 2015. The duo also have residencies out in Las Vegas, catch one of their shows if you go out there.

Within the last five years, dance music has experienced an incredible growth in popularity. Raves have evolved from illegal parties held at grungy warehouses, to massive spectacles featuring performers, fireworks, awe-inspiring stages, and hundreds of performing artists, while electronic artists have become superstars and celebrities, rather than backroom producers. Although electronic music has a lengthy past, the genre has never been in the limelight, and has never crossed over into the mainstream – until now. With electronic music sitting firmly in the spotlight, and plenty of media attention on the negative aspects of dance music, it’s become more and more important to open up a dialogue about how electronic music can positively impact society, and Insomniac is championing this movement with the EDMbiz Conference & Expo.

Trap | Clinton Sparks Masterfully Remixes Jack Ü’s Where Are Ü Now

Posted by on April 14, 2015

There’s a million people who have remixed this record. More often than not, the remix sucks and we don’t want to post it. This one though? This one really caught our attention. Clinton Sparks, who’s always one to rock the boat sonically, bucked the big room festival trend for a slowed down chill trap ripper of epic proportions. I’d go on describing the remix but you’ll just have to listen for yourself. Be sure to catch Clinton Sparks at his monthly residency at 10AK in Las Vegas. Get familiar!

Clinton Sparks ain’t got no type. Bad ass drops are the only thing that he likes. Cups full of tea he could do this every night. Alright, back to the post. Building on the success of his “ICONoclast” EP released via Republic Records and Photo Finish, Clinton continues to release quality remixes that have propelled him into residencies in Dallas, Chicago, and Las Vegas. Currently on tour with Mike Stud, Clinton continues to wow with his work ethic and trap sensibility. This is remix you need to get familiar with. Owww!
