Jaeo Draftpick is a new wave hip hop artist from Long Island. Jaeo has been an unstoppable force over the last several years. Dead set on putting the island back on the map, he has continued to rack up streams and wow audiences with his hard-hitting bars and energetic performances. Jaeo Draftpick has come out with a new single showing everyone why Long Island is back on the come up in the Rap scene. Although his music typically involves stronger messages, “Bless The Trap” is a song you can freely bump to with easy lyrics and an addicting beat behind it. When speaking to Jaeo, he even said that he “wanted this song to stand out from the rest.

The track alone is enough to get anybody off their feet, but the video brings its own heat. Taking inspiration from the celebrations of Haitian Flag Day, Jaeo let his followers know he was going out to celebrate and with the large crowd that came to see him, shot the video surrounded by those repping Haiti.

Long Island MC Jaeo Draftpick has just followed up this years lead single, “Beef & Broc“, with an official music video.  Shot by 5thavenative, the new visuals show Jaeo repping the Island sliding between several locations while delivering an energetic performance that perfectly matches the track.

Born and raised on Long Island, Jaeo Draftpick has been honing his skills behind the mic and perfecting his pen game for years.  A hometown favorite and leader of the 51631 movement, Jaeo has been on a roll lately with a string of singles helping to put the island back on the Hip Hop map.

With his most recent single, “Same Gang”, recently hitting the 100K mark on Spotify, Jaeo is back once again with a new tune titled, “Blessings”, on which he takes the opportunity to reflect on everything life has given him.  About the release, Jaeo Says, “Life could always be worse, but I’m alive and breathing. I appreciate all the lessons in life. Counting my blessings because tomorrow’s never promised.”

Via a catchy hook, heavy bars and his signature swag, Jaeo delivers a heavy bop while also adding a bit of inspiration.  Looking back at where is has come from, he can’t help but be thankful for the cash, clothes, cars and women in his life.  At this point, he’s just too #blessed to be stressed.
