All I can say is finally. With its radio play on Pete Tong’s Essential Selection making massive waves around the world and leaving the world starving for more and months of very little to no information about the song; Madeon has finally released this beast on the world. Out on Madeon’s label Popcultured, this is a song you need to go download right away. Look out for his EP later this year and possibly for a resurgence of the French nu-disco sound with Madeon at the helm.

Denton, Texas based talent, Joseph Somo, is back at it again with another exceptional video that covers stand out tracks from Drake’s sophomore effort “Take Care”. With the release of this new video, I’m convinced that Joseph SoMo and Cody Tarpley are the Drake and 40 of the cover game right now. Absolutely unstoppable. If SoMo keeps making covers like this, he won’t be able to go out of his own house without a flashmob of tween girls giving chase. Must be tough to be him. Following the wildly successful release of his “Lord Knows” freestyle, Dunson (formerly Kenton Dunson) decided to give us a preview of “Mayhem” off his upcoming March 2012 release. The video was filmed at his home studio in Maryland and provides an inside look at his creative process.

Swedish House Mafia just made their immensly anticipated 230911 announcement and it confirms much of we have expected. They will be playing Madison Square Garden on December 16th this year and go on a world tour that ends with a massive 9 hour event at Milton Keynes Bowl on July 14th 2012 with special guests to be announced that should be absolutely insane. The tickets go on sale September 30th and they will be capped at $35-$75 for MSG and 45 pounds for MKB so we don’t have prices like the Avicii New Years Eve show ticket prices yesterday. They will also be releasing a new live CD called “One Night Stand” in December with “Antidote” and their remix of “Every Teardrop is a Waterfall”. The CD will also include new solo work from each of the three members. A world tour like this is huge (there is mention of Australia and Brazil at the end of the video) as they are going to rock the biggest venues worldwide as well as releasing a new album with new material. Dubstep, Mashups | Rusko & Rihanna?, 5 & A Dime – Rollin Joints

I saw this live and my first instinct on the singer was Rihanna, which Rusko later confirms in the video. I guess dubstep is going further into mainstream with Britney doing her thing and now Rihanna doing a song with Rusko. This song isn’t exceptional or at least from the clip that Rusko played, which was most likely changed quite a bit so that he didn’t get in a lot trouble with the label. There is no other information about this song then what he said at the show, or maybe he said something at the Mass show, but either way it is a song to look forward to. Here is the latest 5 & A Dime single he released today. It uses the instrumentals from the best remix of the year, Alesso’s Remix of Pressure, and Moguai’s Remix of Bangduck, with the acapellas from Rolling in the Deep, In My Head, and Walking On A Dream. The instrumentals work quite well flowing over each other and the vocals top it off for a back to school banger.
