Keeping the original groove in the breaks, Dave Silcox gives his rendition a hard and bouncy electro bassline drop with subtle inserts and chopped up vocals. This should definitely bring the nineties classic new life for the dancefloors of today.

It has been a minute since I’ve heard a mashup/bootleg using Empire of the Sun’s “Walking on a Dream”. There was a moment when you couldn’t browse the internet without hearing a new remix, mashup or a song sampling it, so when I first heard Dstar bootleg, I was a bit hesitant about it. Nevertheless, what I found was an amazing bootleg. Matthew LeFace, Matt Nash & Dave Silcox’s “King” is a banger in itself and the added vocals from Empire of the Sun take it to another level. This one is a must download.
