World renown big room star Vintage Culture is showing no signs of slowing down in 2020. With a slew of hit singles and remixes, halfway through the year he delivers an impressive Vintage Culture & Friends 3, out now on ONErpm. A blissful house journey with friends, Vintage Culture teams up with Meca, Dashdot, Gabe and KVSH in his newest.
“I created ‘Vintage Culture & Friends 3’ with my friends in music, Gabe, KVSH, Dashdot and Meca. They have joined me with the sole intention of making you Dance, and to help you forget the world for a while. We had a great time creating this music. Someday, when this is all behind us, we’ll be dancing together to these songs at our favorite parties. Strange times are upon us. And though we may sometimes feel alone, we’re in this together. We await reuniting with our friends and loved ones, we await dancing together, singing together – creating new memories with our best friends. Until that day – stay safe, stay hopeful, and be grateful for the friends in your life.” – Vintage Culture
Electro-House | ‘Funky Music’ with Corey James & Teamworx
Posted by VMan on December 15, 2017
Liverpudlian talent Corey James has recently signed to Steve Angello’s ‘SIZE Records’ roster, and since then he has released a slew of records including a remix for Highly Sedated and his anthemic ‘Back In Time’. His latest offering, available now via SIZE is ‘Funky Music’, which many view as one of the standout tracks throughout Steve Angello’s much-admired BBC Radio 1 residency for 2016. The track is packed full of energy, a punchy bassline, and catchy vocals. This winning combination has further gained ‘Funky Music’ spins from headliners including Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, Dannic and Nicky Romero!
Electro-House | WILL K remixes Sebastian Ingrosso & Salvatore Ganacci’s ‘Ride It’
Posted by VMan on October 5, 2017
Sebastian Ingrosso, Salvatore Ganacci and Bunji Garlin’s ‘Ride It’ has already chalked-up more than 1.2 million Spotify plays, and spins from various other headliners in the music industry, so it’s safe to say their high-profile collab was a success! Now, Australian whizz-kid WILL K has unveiled remix of the record! For his take on the hit, he preserves Bunji’s catchy vocal, but slows the tempo of the record down, and adds an empowering lead, energizing toms and a powerful kick into it. Events | Five Things We Can’t Wait For At Electric Zoo 2013
Posted by Spice on August 8, 2013
Summer is flying by, which is bittersweet on one hand but totally amazing on the other. Why? Because it means that we’re getting closer and closer to Electric Zoo’s blowout fifth year. If you’re not up on your EZoo life, check out our official recap video from last year and see what you missed. Yeah — it was pretty killer. Fortunately, this year is already shaping up to be bigger and better than ever for many reasons, not least of which are:
1) Two mainstages (count ’em, TWO) and an expanded festival site on Randall’s Island. More on that later.
2) A new 18 and up policy. Sorry, youths (#YOUTHS) of the world — I’m too old for your shenanigans and look forward to mingling with an older and wiser crowd. *Wheezes; testily gestures for you to GET OFF MY LAWN.*
3) A totally killer lineup — which is par for the course by EZoo’s standards. There’s lots to be excited about here, but we’ve come up with five things that we’re especially stoked for. Check ’em out after the jump.
Progressive House | Laidback Luke, Arno Cost & Norman Doray – Trilogy (Remixes)
Posted by Middy on March 12, 2012
Laidback Luke, Cost & Norman Doray – Trilogy (Original Mix) was an outstanding track in its own right with each of the producers having an influence on the track and putting together a key vocal as part of the melody. The remixers all do what you would expect from them with Swanky Tunes bringing some high energy progressive house to the track, Sebjack pounding out some heavy electro house synths, GTA, sticking to the name of their “Big Room” remix and creating a fantastic big room house remix, and Sam O Neall & C6 providing an electro remix with a heavy guitar melody. The original mix still remains essential, but these remixes are nice additions to the collection. After the jump I added a banging original track from Bassment Bros, a Dj trio from the University of Maryland, that combines pulsing synth chords, an uplifting melody, and a pounding bass line with some female vocals. DO NOT miss that read on button.
