Above & Beyond’s much awaited compilation on their flagship label, Anjunabeats, has finally released the tracklist ahead of its March 4th release date. The compilation includes previously released tracks like “Wayfarer“, “Sinai“, “Isla Margarita“, “Vision“, “Here We Go” and “Small Moments”. There is a whole host of new tracks from Arty, Above & Beyond, Maor Levi, Norin & Rad, Andrew Bayer, Jaytech and many more. Some of these songs we have heard before as IDs, and many more we have not, so it will be a great treat to hear this in full on March 4th. Check out the full tracklist after the break. Trance | ilan Bluestone – Sinai

Israeli trance producer ilan Bluestone follows up his previous single on Anjunabeats “Capetown” with the highly anticipated “Sinai”, yet another single first premiered by Above & Beyond at Group Therapy episode 1 in Bangalore, India. Anjunabeats has been on fire lately in the lead up to the Anjunabeats Vol 10 release. “Sinai” much like his previous release is a uplifting trance track with atmospheric synths, a lush soundscape, gregorian style chants, and subtle trance styled electro stabs. A surefire name to watch in 2013, ilan Bluestone is showing us why he is quickly becoming one of the premier talents on the stacked Anjunabeats roster.

Selling out in only 30 minutes (we hope you got tickets), Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats Vol 10 Launch party at the Roseland Ballroom in New York City on February 16th now has the supporting cast to go along with headliner and label head Above & Beyond. A mixture of both Anjunadeep and Anjunabeats will be represented with a cast of American producers, Andrew Bayer, Norin & Rad & newcomer on Anjunadeep, Beckwith. Andrew Bayer is set to release his sophomore album this spring on Anjunadeep “If It Were You, We’d Never Leave”, so expect a new and fresh set from him. We saw both Andrew Bayer & Norin & Rad at Electric Zoo with Above & Beyond and they were outstanding and we are excited to see Beckwith for the first time. Albums, DJ-Set, Trance | Mat Zo – Bipolar EP

Mat Zo has finally released his much anticipated Bipolar EP featuring his single “Bipolar”, which was featured on Anjunabeats Vol 9, and has become a favorite by many around the world with its eclectic style and rhythms. “It’s Yours” has all the makings of being Mat Zo’s next signature anthem alongside songs like “Superman”, “Synapse Dynamics” and collaborations with Arty such as “Mozart” & “Rebound”. It is an creative take on the classic funky house song from Jon Cutler & E-Man, adding Mat Zo’s own style and flare to it, making it perfect for the big room and taking those funky melodies to new heights. “Ring On It” is built around an addictive bleepy bass line with smooth synths to compliment. “Yoyo Ma” is more of a melodic house or trance track with influences from Eric Prydz and a more trancey feel to this track, especially in the build. This EP is masterfully crafted by Mat Zo as he is able use different sounds and styles from the beginning to the end, making sure no track sound close to the same. Ferry Corsten previews another single to be released February 24th, from his much anticipated up coming album “WKND” that features his collaboration with Armin van Buuren “Brute”
Though this song may be more of a house song than a trance song because of its 128 bpm and its sound, it is still a massive remix. An easy build with sensitive female vocals drops suddenly into an energetic, pulsing, pitched synth break. The vocals are addictive and the energy in the song is incredible. Get it on BEATPORT.
DOWNLOAD: Matt Darey feat. Leah – Hold Your Breath (Khomha Remix)
This next remix from Duderstadt has been much supported from industry leaders like of Armin van Buuren, Ferry Corsten and Above & Beyond. It takes the widely successful track from Markus and mixes in an uplifting synth melody with a varying bass beat. Anjunabeats finally has finally released the single version of this amazing track from Casey Keyworth or Breakfast or just Keyworth from the Anjunabeats Vol 9. compilation. It has a very relaxed, smooth, almost ambient feel to it with some nice sax, a great bass and kick, and very quiet, sensitive synths. Beat Service is back to start 2012 after their massive remix of “Human Turbines” in 2011. This one is very close to being just as good. It has that hard synth that has become so popular in trance these days with well timed use of the female vocals on the track from Fisher and adding a little extra to the bass and synth to the create amazing, uplifting drops Beat Service is so good at making. I apologize for not posting Trance Tuesdays last week and for being late this week, it is still Tuesday in Hawaii right? I will make up for it will a ton of songs.
