Outside of that, she’s had some great success in her solo career and her latest offering is entitled “Baby Girl” and is a catchy tune that has some major replay value. Born Anthony Musoni in Bordeaux, France, Mood Supachild is a musician, singer, author and composer of Rwandan origin who is on the come up. As a member of the WorldWide Kids collective, he created the Paper Heals Music label with this same team in 2015. Influenced by a handful of legendary emcees like Outkast, Musiq, Lil Wayne, Kendrick, Dwele, Lauryn Hill, Jay Z and more, his flow and cadence is incredibly impressive. More electronically infused than most of his prior work, the steady thumping kick drum, glossy topline, and keyboard stabs layered with lush synths all come together for a futuristic jam that has a great vibe to it. Her eclectic upbringing has helped her combine influences from the different cultures, which culminate in a fresh and dynamic pop sound that has helped her establish a dynamic & global fan base that is rapidly expanding on every new release. Her new song and video for “Dark Side” is an alternative electro-pop sound that is a great introduction to her sound. House is one of the longest genre’s inside the electronic music space, not only did it help EDM become relevant but it has also stayed consistently popular for the past 30+ years, which is why I can always get down to some House music, regardless of the sub-genre it resides in. xndr is a new artist on my radar out of Nashville that is starting to make waves in the Music City, even if his career is very early on.
