Moombahton | D!RTY AUD!O x gLAdiator – Buss Up
Posted by Sev on February 27, 2012
Two rising artist in Moombahton, D!RTY AUD!O and gLAdiator, have collaborated to create this dope Moombahton original track. Using some vocal slicing to help with building the intro that sets this track up nicely for its laser Moombah synth drop. My speakers are taking a beating from this track. Both of these artist styles can be heard throughout the track and I can’t wait for some more tracks from either of these two, maybe even another collaboration? All Moombahton fans need to definitely show their support for these two and like their pages provided below to stay up to date with their upcoming releases.
Dubstep, House | Adam F – When The Rain Is Gone (Siege remix)
Posted by Sev on February 27, 2012
Adam F going off in his latest single When The Rain Is Gone. This track is definitely going to be a huge release in the upcoming months, as we have already seen Subscape drop a massive dusbstep remix to this track already up on UKF HERE. Siege released this hot house remix as a promotion for this single for a free download as well. The vocals in this track are so catchy, and Siege utilizes them very well with his basslines and progressions. The drop isn’t anything crazy but its tasteful enough to make this remix stand out.
Dubstep | R Rated #17
Posted by Sev on February 22, 2012
This remix by FuntCase has to be one of the nastiest songs I have heard in a while, but we all know how FuntCase is and this picture sums it up pretty well. I am happy to announce though that this remix will be seeing the light of day soon so be on the lookout for a release date by Plan B. First up on R Rated we have a free VIP from Bare and all I can say about this track is, filthy.
Terravita dropping some hot new tracks lately and you can add this to the list. A nice drumstep original from them that is very generous with the bass and wobbles.
Haven’t seen much from Urban Assault lately so it was nice to get a track from them this week. Great buildup in the track with a futuristic feel as well.
Another artist we haven’t seen much of lately, Chrispy. Mach was able to catch this freebie last minute and send it over my way. Chrispy bringing the heavy bass and dark vibes like he always does.
Mach has been waiting for this track all week and JohnBrah finally reached the magic number for the release. Be prepared because this track is a monster. JohnBrah puts in a nice build up to make you think this track is going no where, then he hits you with the drop.
Dubstep | Virtual Riot & Amba Shepherd – Superhuman
Posted by Sev on February 22, 2012
More and more young artist are emerging out of no where with these monster tracks. Add Virtual Riot to the list of 17 year old producers who are making the veterans look bad. This track is flawless on so many levels I don’t know where to begin. First off Amba Shepherd’s vocals complement this track perfectly. The build up doesn’t prepare you for what is to come, because after and during the drop is where this track really comes together. The drop isn’t too heavy to drown out the vocals but it is still grimy enough to please any dubstepper’s appetite. Although the bass and drop are a little heavy this track somehow manages to put you in a state of euphoria, because of its perfect choice of instruments and synth sounds in the melody. If this isn’t doing it for you their is also a chilled out remix which is featured on the EP and you can get it on Beatport HERE.
Moombahton | Moombah Mondays
Posted by Sev on February 20, 2012
Another week, another set of Moombah bangers. First up we have a veteran to Moombah Mondays and who dropped this edit only a few hours ago and of course didn’t disappoint. It none other than D!RTY AUD!O with an edit of Pick Your Poison (JWLS Remix) and oh it makes all the difference.
Another up and comer that we have posted a few times, Andrew D. with an original Mommbah track. He previewed it a while ago and I have been patiently waiting for this one. It something different, and in all the right ways. Show him some love on Soundcloud because he has some big things in the works coming soon.
SubVibe releasing a sick free EP today with dubstep, electro and this moombahcore banger! If you can’t handle your moombah with a little fire in it I suggest you refrain from this because SubVibe brings the heat. Such a sick track and a must download.
To end on a lighter note we have a sicknasty funky moombahton styled remix that is beyond dope. This is such a chill track, but it also brings the funk spiced with some nice latin love. I recommend everyone peep this track because it can definitely be enjoyed by everyone.
Dubstep, Electro | PREVIEW: Space Laves; South Central, CTLGD, and CENOB1TE
Posted by Sev on February 20, 2012
Space Laces is going become a more common name throughout 2012, already having most of his tracks featured in Datsik’s UMF mix. Be on the lookout for this guy because he has some big tunes in the making that will melt your brains. South Central just released this official remix of Nero’s Must Be The Feeling as a free download to add to the bunch. These guys have been receiving some support from Knife Party lately who have been dropping there spastic, seizure styled tracks live. You will know what im talking about once you listen to this track.
Next up we have sweet remix of John O’Callaghan Find Yourself by CTLGD who were two separate artist formerly known as Glitch Dick and Christian The Lion. A little bit of a short remix, but nevertheless they managed to get the job done with a nasty, grimey drop.
All credit on this track goes to W8. I got this monster track in my email this morning and it woke me up right away. This one has everything you could want in a dubstep remix; from vocals, to laser synths, to heavy bass.
