The 15-year-old Norwegian producer, ELIAS, is making it clear that he can hold his own amongst dance music’s finest. He just released a house remix of Justin Bieber’s “What Do You Mean,” and he’s already gained all sorts of attention. The remix is a hybridized creation that begins with a summery, flute-laden house sequence that leads into a firing future house drop, before returning back to the beginning sequence.
