Drex Carter and Kkami Team Up on ‘Pelican Bay Drive’

Orlando musicians Drex Carter (rapper) and Kkami (producer) team up for a new collaborative 10-track-project called Pelican Bay Drive that they created during Quarantine. The two artists are also members of the buzzing 9-piece collective, seeyousoon. Check out their mixtape above now and read a quote from Drex below.
“We made this project in 1 week with the idea of it being 1 verse raps over Kenny’s dusty/lofi style of production but the tracks sort of took on a life of their own with some hooks and filtered/tuned freestyled melodies.” – Drex Carter
