Posted by Tay on October 5, 2015
Underground dance music would not be where it is now without Rinse FM. Since its inception in 1994, Rinse FM has gone on to champion UK-centric dance music and artists like Shadow Child, Skream, Kode9, amongst others. This month, Rinse FM has been hosting Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs for a special month long residency radio show, and he just used the second episode of the mix to unveil one of his biggest surprises – his first original since his debut album, Trouble, dropped over three years ago. Starting at the 1:36:00 mark of the mix, you can hear Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaur’s signature house groove, as he weaves a pulsing bass line into heady percussion arrangements and his very own vocals on his brand new original. Check it out above, and make sure to keep an eye out for more magic out of the UK legend.
