Wiz goes in over another Lex Luger beat. I wish he did something else with the hook of this track. “Yeaaaaa it’s a partaaay” just doesn’t cut it for me.

This week Silverlake to Soho’s Morning After Tour hits up the East Coast with two BIG shows. This Thursday, April 21st, Tayyib Ali, Kinetics & One Love, Collin McLoughlin, 5 & a Dime, Fortune Family, Timeflies and others will be at Club 27 in Philly (tickets $25). Collin will also be in New York City this Friday with headliners, Timeflies, at Sullivan Hall (tickets $10). If you’re in the area, these are two shows that you don’t want to miss, I sure won’t, I’ll be at both. Below is some hip-hop to make your Monday a little more bearable.

Timeflies is a music duo out of Boston by way of New York and New Jersey. The duo consists of Producer/DJ, Rob Resnick and vocalist Cal who use elements of pop, hip-hop, electro, dubstep, and rock to make their songs. With their wide range of releases, it’s impossible to classify Timeflies into a single genre, something Rob and Cal set out to accomplish from the beginning. Their goal has always been to make music that everyone can connect with. The duo plans to play shows at colleges across the country in the upcoming year and always have fresh new tracks in the works.

Here’s the latest release from Timeflies. This time the boys incorporated some light dubstep whomps to back their beat. As usual they kill the hook and lay down some solid bars.
