For this week’s installment of Sucka Free Sunday, DOSVEC gives us a taste of the past by blending Jay-Z’s “Heart of the City” with Kreayshawn’s hit, “Gucci Gucci”. Although I was skeptical at first, thinking Kreayshawn might disgrace this classic track, the result was actually quite interesting. Dubstep | Skrillex – Bangarang (PockX Extended Edit)

Slightly confusing story on this one…so Skrillex hasn’t officially released this track yet (which is featured on his upcoming album) but PockX, some kid from Wisconsin, released a remix of it leaving blogs confused and frazzled like the sallys they are. As a result, there are so many versions of this track going around titled as the original. Doesn’t differ much from the live versions I’ve heard, but it’s a baanger.

Hip-Hop, Videos | Macklemore & Ryan Lewis – Otherside (Original) (Music Video Edit)

Being a huge fan of the original “Otherside” by Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, I decided to take the recently released music video for the remix and to match it up with the original song. The end result turned out amazing. I can’t decide whether I like the remix or the original more but they both definitely deserved the visual treatment.

King Fantastic’s “Locals Only” was already pretty nasty but then Troublemaker had to go and combine it with some sounds from Noisia. The result is some wobbly west coast gangster rap that only King Fantastic could bring. This is not for the faint of heart.

If you’ve given Kap Slap’s latest party banging project the once over, you’re probably ready for some mellow mashups to rebalance your ears. Mother Earth and co-signed Young Church, aren’t your average 1 v 1 blenders. Instead, these two spice up classic tracks like Sublimes April 29th with verses from OG’s like Tupac and Biggie. The result? A chill, hip new version of the originals.

Dada Life is back with another mix! After a month of traveling around the U.S. and Canada, the banana infused champagne fiends have returned.

Although I’ve posted the entire 45-minute mixtape below, I also suggest separately downloading their “Encoded” remix. I’m not sure how the Dada boys got their hands on this highly anticipated Hardwell track before its release (set to drop tomorrow), however, I’m happy with the result.
