Cutting footage from one of their recent performances and spicing it up with some trippy animation from Rachael Freedman comes Smokey Robotic’s latest music video “Hot Brass” off their as-of-yet untitled upcoming album. The song features a catchy beat heavy on brass instruments and plenty of references to hot sauce. From the looks of the video, the party seemed like a hell of a good time.

Hip-Hop, Pop | Smokey Robotic – S.R. (Music Video) & No Reality ft. Redman

You really don’t see many animated music videos these days but leave it up to Smokey Robotic to make one for their song “S.R.” off their The Shark & The Helicopter LP. This incredible video is composed of 4,000 hand drawn pictures created by Rachael Freedman. Really amazing work and it brings a lot of meaning to the song with the images she depicts.

Also, in case you happened to miss this. Smokey Robotic recently dropped a track with the one and only Redman. The word is that this won’t be the last track they are doing together. Can’t wait to hear what else they cook up!
