When this track first popped up on my Soundcloud feed, I couldn’t help but laugh at the title. The play of words – “Prints of Whales” instead of Prince of Wales – gives us a little more insight into the sardonic mind of the secretive talent, TÂCHES. A native of the British isle, TÂCHES has been a sleeper pick in the house world, capturing a select following that are die-hard fans of his biting productions. “Prints of Whales” is no different in the fact that it keeps in the realm of little light but he does play with a lighter synth that instills a little hope while riding through a sharp musical terrain.
