A few days back Drake released “Started From The Bottom”, a preview off his third studio album. It didn’t take long for Mike Stud to catch wind of it and have Paul Judge produce a remake of the instrumental so he could take his hand at it. I can’t take sides on which is my favorite because I dig both versions, but I definitely think Mike set the bar high on this one. There couldn’t have been a better candidate to do a remix of this song. If you never heard the original from Drake you can listen here.

The peoples 2nd favorite Duke boy musician, Mike Stud, just released this new SundayStudDay in light of wrapping up his Stud Nation Tour last night. First off, I gotta say this Judge beat is a pure banger and lays the foundation for Mike to tear it apart with his creative punchlines, and he did just that. Watch the video for now and lookout for an mp3 dropping soon.

Huey Mack and Mike Stud release a new video for “Like That” off their joint mixtape Click. It features footage shot by Dan Gotti of their huge free show in Cincinnati at Fountain Square. It’s crazy to see how far these guys have come from doing shows with barely anyone there, to headlining a crowd of 2500+. I’m looking forward to their next video they just shot in LA that features Mod Sun & Riff Raff. I’ve heard some of the song and believe me, its going to be awesome. In the meantime follow Mike & Huey on Twitter!

Hip-Hop | Wassup(Prod. by Paul Judge) – Mayo

Posted by on April 21, 2012

I’m sure the name “Mayo” is unfamiliar to you. But as Clinton Sparks says, “Get Familiar.” Because Mayo is a name you’ll be seeing a lot of. Picking a Paul Judge beat to murder, Mayo shows us a relentless, commanding flow. Although the chorus does feel very a bit repetitive, both of Mayo’s verses are enough to overshadow that small flaw. Grab the track below for free courtesy of Mr. Mayo and be sure to “like” his facebook page here.
