Tom Fall is name that you need to get to know. His single “iROK” has been making the rounds at festivals all across the globe, not only in the trance circles, but also by the likes of Hardwell and bootleged by countless others. He has become a go to remixer for the premier trance labels such as Anjunabeats and Armada, as shown with his recent remix of Armin’s “J’ai Envie de Toi” with another of Super 8 & Tab – Fiesta coming out next week on Anjunabeats. He is not going to beat you down with a snoozefest of Trance 1.0, instead mixing elements of both trance and house into his own hard hitting style that is both energetic and uplifting at the same time. This remix of “Where Did You” uses premier vocalist Jonathan Mendelsohn to his full capability with a smooth piano build that crescendos into a drop much like “iROK”, but with a fast moving progression.

Dash Berlin & Jonathan Mendelsohn follow up their hit single “Better Half Of Me” with the sequel, “World Falls Apart” and it easily lives up to the lofty expectations set by the “Better Half Of Me”. Dash Berlin is known for making great music videos and the above video for “Better Half Of Me” is a prime example of that. Look out for the sequel to the video of “Better Half Of Me” with the video for the song “World Falls Apart” next week here or just find it on the Armada youtube channel. This is a big week with releases from Ferry Corsten, Dash Berlin, Maor & Levi and many more. These are all great uplifting trance songs for either relaxing or cruising down the freeway. As I am sure many of you know, Beatportal is currently holding a remix competition for “TimeBomb” by Laidback Luke which features Jonathan Mendelsohn. DJ M2 (who you might remember from FNT’s NYE rager with AOE) and Adam1Time, both prepared some siiick entries to this competition and they are included below for your listening pleasure.
