With the best and most unique Dance Music Festival around the world, Tomorrowland, coming up this weekend, it is only fitting that the anthem be released now and from the biggest names in House music from Belgium, Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike. Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike contributed to last years anthem with Afrojack & Nervo and now this year have the clout to make the anthem on their own, making for the first ever non Avicii release on Avicii’s label LE7ELS. The song seems to capture the free spirited nature of Tomorrowland, where you leave everything behind and you are transported into another world for 3 days. Everything from the soft piano and guitar builds to the euphoric synth melody gives off that feeling of pure summer bliss. The song is both in the preview below and the great video above. Also of note, Tomorrowland will be live streamed this Friday, Saturday and Sunday, so if you were not able to get tickets, or just can’t get over to Belgium, set the stream up on the big screen and get ready to party with the couple hundred thousand there at Tomorrowland and millions more in homes all across the globe.

House powerhouses* Matisse & Sadko just dropped a great hour-long mix that’s packed with high-energy bangers and of-the-moment anthems. I love good mixes when they come along — they’re awesome for studying or working because they transition in a distraction-free manner (I used to study to a playlist that literally jumped from piano nocturnes to Daft Punk…incredibly bad planning), and I personally think they’re even better for having people over. Hate it when your friends get drunk and grabby with your music and whine about how they just want to hear “Hot N’ Cold” by Katy Perry? Problem solved. Put this on, hide your iPod, and let the pros DJ for you. The fact that Axwell’s monster remix of “In My Mind” is immediately followed by “Wild One” 2.0 (which is in turn followed by the beautiful Tim Mason remix of Stars Come Out) should honestly be reason enough.

We first got a glimpse of Momentum when it premiered at Tomorrowland last year, that just so happens to take place in the homeland of both Dimitri Vegas & Like Mike in Belguim. They, alongside friend and fellow producer Regi have produced a calmly driven, simplistic record full of synths and chords made of bright and cheery noise. The brothers are renown for their usual hard stuff which may give this record mixed opinions, but one thing is for certain – Momentum shines light on their versatility as producers, and let’s our imaginations run rampid as to what may come next of them. No doubt, these brothers know how to party and inherently reflect that in the quality of their production.

Teaser above from Dimitri Vegas, Like Mike & Regi called Momentum is set to release February 14th, be ready for that. So below, Never 2012 sounds similar to Avicii’s Never Enough with eccentric vocals complimenting a progressive trance like explosion of monumental happiness. I’d expect 2012 to be quite the year for Cherry Coke given his exalting ear for music, let’s wait and see what happens next.

I got this track the moment it reached Beatport, and honestly didn’t think too much about it. After observing the positive response it now has, why not. Chris Wittig’s take on It’s Alright features a soothing synth with that glitched idea Alesso first coined in his remix of Pressure. Get it on Beaport.

The Belgian duo, Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike have combined with the Italian Duo Promise Land to give us this bomb, “Alarma” with Mitch Crown on the vocals. First previewed way back over the summer, “Alarma” was first scheduled to be released on Halloween with that packed release date, but got pushed back until the 19th. It has the heavy hitting synths you expect from Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike as well as the smooth piano builds from Promise Land. There is also the Miami 305 mix, which is a remix title that Promise Land uses a lot, which takes out the vocals. Get them on Beatport HERE.

Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike are on a tear this summer and the future only looks better for them. Tiesto has been pouring out releases at the end of the summer. These new house releases of his I have been a fan of, though they are quite different then the Tiesto of old. This song may be the biggest change of all with some electro infused synth, creating a more electro house song.
