The Swedish product Otto Knows, who happened to be classmate of Avicii’s, follows his anthem “Million Voices” and his “Kick Out The Epic Motherfucker” remix with a otherworldly remix of BURNS – Lies. Expertly weaving together violen, vocals, and a pitched top line, all on top of a fast paced bass line, Otto Knows creates a sublime and complex harmony, restoring faith in the melodic masters of progressive house that have gotten a bit lazy recently. The growing superstar continues to impress with his productions as we await his performance in New York on Halloween.
Progressive House | Passion Pit – Take A Walk (dBerrie + BURNS Remixes)

New York native dBerrie gives us another quality progressive take on Passion Pit’s single “Take A Walk”. He utilizes Passion Pit’s vocals to his advantage while adding churning synths, a hard clap, moving progressive synths and chopped distorted synths. This may be the remix that changes the most of the original track and is very good, though The M Machine remix still takes the cake for me.
BURNS puts together a great remix with a trapeqsue bass line that is sure to have your head bobbing. It flows so well with the smooth melodies provided by the Passion Pit.
