The turntablist first showcased a newfound stylistic maturity after producing two hip-hop inspired trap anthems “Turn Me Up Some” and “I’m Gone” in collaboration with Redman. “Rap Don’t Work” oscillates between OJ Da Juiceman’s vocal chops and Jayceeoh’s staccato-like key strokes with ease. From dance music heavy hitters to larger than life hip-hop moguls, Jayceeoh possesses the one-of-a-kind skill-set to make these collaborations a reality.

TomorrowWorld just continues to outdo itself. The festival, which is coming into its third year, has only grown more and more popular, as it offers an unmatched blend of music with jaw-dropping production and fairytale-esque festival grounds. Fresh off the announcement of the addition of two brand new stage curators, Thomas Jack and The Magician, to a list that included Hardwell, Pete Tong, and Ferry Corsten, the massive SFX-produced festival has unveiled the second phase of artists that are slated to take over the decks at TomorrowWorld. The second wave of artists announced rounds out the lineup quite nicely – bassheads are well represented by Bassnectar and Borgore, while Porter Robinson and Rudimental will help ring in the inaugural L!VE stage. Other confirmed acts include Kaskade, Benny Benassi, The Chainsmokers, Seven Lions, Maya Jane Coles, and more. Western Canada has kept up with the rise of EDM with a number of high profile shows and events over the past few years and Badlands Music Festival has been among those leading the way. Kaskade, Afrojack and Steve Aoki helped inaugurate the event last year and with this years lineup now fully revealed, it’s sure to be a good time once again. Dada Life, Duck Sauce, The Bloody Beetroots and Borgore are just a few of those on the lineup. In addition to those headliners, they are also many other great artists such as GTA and, as always, my tight, tight bros, The Chainsmokers.
