Tiesto ft. Kyler England - Take Me

Tiësto and his team have been busy cranking out tracks this year, from remixes for the likes of Passion Pit, Dada Life and Zedd, to now a flurry of originals set for release on his upcoming Tiësto Club Life Volume 3 Stockholm. “Take Me” with LA based vocalist Kyler England, is the first of that onslaught of originals from the compilation, giving us a taste of what we can expect from Tiësto on the collaboration riddled compilation. “Take Me” brings out the big room sound we have quickly become accustomed to hearing from Tiësto, balancing Kyler England’s vocals with an uplifting piano melody that cascades into a synth laden drop ready to rinsed out by the Dutch master this summer.

Electro-House | Tiësto – Chasing Summers (R3hab & Quintino Remix)

Hot on the heals of Dyro’s remix of “Make Some Noise” and Sidney Samson’s collab with Martin Garrixx “Torrent“, Tiesto’s Musical Freedom unleashes another remix of the label bosses singles released on Club Life Volume 2. This remix hits hard right out of the gate, tossing aside the original brooding intro from Tiesto and adds their own heavier build that leads into a hard hitting, fast firing percussive drop, making it a more suitable remix for the festival stage. They then return to the melody crafted by Tiesto in the interlude and bring back that drop one last time.

From one WMC to another, Tiesto & Swanky Tunes’ collab “Make Some Noise” first seen last year at WMC gets a Dyro refresher to put it back in sets just in time for one of the most important weeks in dance music. Dyro parlays this solid track from Tiesto & Swanky Tunes into one of his better remixes of late, keeping some structural elements of the original and using the vocals from Ben McInerney to his advantage, while adding his electro flare to the track with a powerful bass line, a fast paced melody and subtle melodic layers that bring together both the heavy and progressive elements of Dyro’s sound. It this the first of a couplet of remixes for recent Tiesto singles with R3hab and Quintino’s remix of “Chasing Summer” coming out next week.
