There’s a lot to say about this track. Before I get into it, I want to commend Zulu Records. They’ve been all over the place in 2014, popping up in my feed many times with their groovy releases and solid marketing. It ain’t easy rising above the nonsense out there, which means they’re doing a lot right. My Digital Enemy’s latest “Say It” is a brooding house masterpiece that you need to listen to immediately.

2014 was a huge year for Chicago born rapper and FNT regular Mayo and it appears 2015 is going to be no different. In a genre overcrowded with artists jumping on sampled beats and recycling hooks from yesterday, Mayo has constantly provided extremely original music and unique, yet epic, collaborations. In his latest collab, Mayo teamed up with Australian DJ/Producer Akouo and Indie artist Monsoonsiren. In this extremely unique collab the trio successfully creates a sound that truly brings aspects of their respected genres to life.

Recently signing to 010bookings, Pep & Rash surprise the masses with their latest R3hab and Trevor Guthrie “Soundwave” remix, turning it into a future house ripper of epic proportions. They’re no one trick pony, as they remixed “Klanga” and “Promesses” as well, which are also incredible. Up and coming NY producer Sebastian Park is starting to make waves. Featured in today’s “Heldeep Radio 29” Sebastian takes on “You’ve Got The Love” which has that incredible future house sound we’ve all come to love. Inspired by the lyrics and holiday season, Sebastian gives us the perfect remix to close 2014. Keep an eye out for this young gun come 2015. I don’t think this is the last time we hear from him.

So I’ve had a lot of coffee this morning, but I just realized I’ve played this track 13 times already today. Honestly though, Pat Lok has brought the fire once again. What else is new. This prolific Vancouver producer has been gaining serious momentum in 2014 with some huge tracks including remixes for Alunageorge and Olympic Ayres. And with this remix of a club classic, we expect it to have some serious success. This is the definition of catchy, don’t sleep on Pat Lok!
