BAUMER is a busy man to say the least. “Higher” is his first release this year, and he certainly has an audience to tend to – BAUMER has played world-class festivals including 3 EDC Las Vegas’s, EDC Brazil, EDC Orlando, EDC Mexico, Beyond Wonderland, and many more. “Higher” focuses on an electro sound, boasting massive drops and huge synths throughout, clearly showing he knows how to get the party started – “Higher” is a banger. On top of this release and past festivals, BAUMER is set to play EDC Japan on the 2017 date. Catch him on at one of his many shows soon.
Electro-House, Videos | Lektrique Is The Chosen One In New “Shred” Music Video
Posted by VMan on April 20, 2017
Often times producers don’t just have the talent of making music. They often have hobbies on the side and for Lektrique, his is skateboarding. Followers of his social media are familiar with his aptitude for tearing up the street with his gnarly moves; if you don’t follow him, you should. Not only should you for his fine tricks, but for his music. Although there are no tricks in his new video for the single “Shred,” we get a nice little story to augment the ferocious electro original. Complete with a cameo from Black Tiger Sex Machine of Kannibalen Records, this is nothing more than a playful expansion to an already fun project. Enjoy the video and head over to iTunes or whatever store you prefer for a copy.

Electro-House, House | Sullivan King & Nightowls Bring The Heavy Heat With “We In Here”
Posted by VMan on March 2, 2017
I’m going to have to preface this post because this song is not for the faint of heart. Who knew you could bring electro and metal together like this? I certainly didn’t, but I’m glad Sullivan King and Nightowls got together to make “We In Here” with vocalist Dan Rudd. Bass house has been a sound that many producers are leaning towards and this one certainly shares similarities, but they give it an even harder, darker edge that makes for the perfect party record. “We In Here” is just what the upcoming festival season needs. It’s something fresh and new that will blow fans away. Leave it to Kannibalen Records to put out the next level work.

Electro-House | JaySounds refreshes the main room with ‘The Vibe’
Posted by VMan on February 11, 2017
After being dominated by our European friends for as long as anyone can remember, JaySounds might just be the savior of big room with this one. There’s a lot of great things happening in this track in terms of production and sound design, but it’s an intriguing pluck driven melody that make this one stick. The Vibe is one of those rare tracks that make you immediately stop what you’re doing, stand up and ask yourself ‘What on earth was that?,’ much like the first time you heard New World Sound’s Flute or Sandro Silva’s Epic. With David Guetta, Tommy Trash & Firebeatz already throwing their support behind it, The Vibe might just become the next big room staple.
Electro-House | JaySounds new track will get you Outta Your Mind
Posted by VMan on December 9, 2016
Over the last year, we’ve watched Sydney producer JaySounds come into his own. Moving away from the big room sound, Jay’s music has taken on a darker, heavier tone, that’s ripe for late night warehouses. His new track, Outta Your Mind, is a heaving, hypnotic blend of bass and ambient vocals, just in time for the weekend.

Black Tiger Sex Machine are known for their rage-ready music, but “Face Down” puts their others aggressive edge to shame. “Face Down” is the trio’s newest single off their imprint Kannibalen Records, and was released today on Soundcloud as a free download. Anytime I see Panther on a record, I get excited. His ferocious vocal always fits with any of the Kannibalen artist’s songs, but in particular he really excels on this track. I can’t imagine how this one does live, but I’m sure it’s killer, no pun intended. BTSM will be closing out the year with numerous shows, so you can check out for yourself just how hot this tune is live!
