Madeon may be the most well-known teenage French producer around right now, but not to be igonored is 17 year old Matt Fax, who in the past year has had his tunes played by the likes of Armin, Above & Beyond and Ferry Corsten, appeared for a guest mix on Group Therapy, and released tunes on Enhanced Recordings, Anjunabeats and other labels. He released “Barr” back in November, but it has been revived with a more upbeat rework from the man himself and a remix from Brazilian progressive house producer, André Sobota. Sobota adds a more progressive feel to the track, keeping much of the original in tact, but injecting a more blissful, soothing vibe to the already very melodic groove. 2013 was a year of many momentous things.
