I’m hard on Oliver Heldens. It’s because I like him. I hold him to a higher standard than most. This track, man. This track is a real serious tune. Borrowing largely from the original, Oliver and Gregor Salto breathe new life into a classic. I think I can safely posit that the summer was Oliver Heldens. “Can’t Stop Playing” out August 29th on Spinnin’ Records. Future house is the new religion.

We have to agree with our friends at YourEDM.com, this tune really falls short. It’s dreadfully repetitive and lacks creativity. I’ve seen a lot of bad reviews surrounding this track. We put one out a few weeks ago. That’s partly because expectations are so high after “Gecko’s” massive success. Producers are going to have good and bad tracks. Some stronger than others. This though? It’s just not making the cut. The good news is that his recent “Can’t Stop Playing” premiered on Hardwell’s “HOA178” is certified fire flames. This tune is incredible. Heard on Hardwell’s “HOA 178” just moments ago, Hardwell previewed Oliver and Gregor Salto’s “Can’t Stop Playing” that’s a new take on their 2005 release. No word on when it’ll come out yet. What we do know is that it’s coming on Spinnin’. Keep your eyes and your ears open, this could be the next future house anthem. Listen to a preview below.
