Freshly released on Tiesto’s Musical Freedom, Mysto & Pizzi with their homie Moiez present a bootleg remix they did of MOTi’s “Don’t Go Lose It,” a big room take on some 80’s funky sounding electro-house. Better yet in the spirit of Valentine’s Day, the guys have made the track available for free download. If you’ve been paying attention you’d know that Mysto & Pizzi have been blowing up with their remixes in the EDM scene, notably a co-sign from Tiesto. The legend Just Blaze had a huge 2013, moving over the dance world with tracks like “Higher”, joining the Fools Gold family and playing festivals like TomorrowWorld, Electric Zoo and others. To celebrate the new year, he kick things off with a freebee alongside NYC duo Mysto & Pizzi that within the track combines many different genres and gives a new vision to a classic.

Progressive House | Moiez “Wild Child” & “Mastadon” Remixes

Moiez had a flurry of remixes released over the past few days and I am here to catch you up on them. His remix with NYC duo Mysto & Pizzi combines trance and big room elements with a few Pryda snares, giving the track an upbeat makeover. Like the Louis The Child remix, he was also part of the free remix package for Milk N Cookies’ single “Mastadon”, adding a different take on the song. “Mastadon” features outstanding female vocals that suits his sound so well, as he builds an uplifting synth melody around the vocal. Still a college student, Moiez is beholden to the rigors of his class schedule, but now that his semester is over, you can expect plenty of new music to be made in the next month or so.

On the heels of his first Cr2 Records release “City On A Hill“, Moiez was called in by NYC producers, Mysto & Pizzi to help them out with this remix for Adrian Lux & Marcus Schossow’s recent single “Wild Child. The original has been a big hit for Adrian Lux & Marcus Schossow this fall, crossing over into trance and house realms. The three of them give the track a slight big room spin with clear trance influences, while still keeping elements of the original. Look for this December 20th on Ultra Records.

Capping off of one of the hottest weeks of the year in the metropolitan area, a couple thousand ravers packed into Webster Hall to see the talents of Audien, Adrian Lux and Mysto & Pizzi. It had been close to 100 degrees every day (nothing for most of you down south), but this is a crisis in the Northeast, causing it to be a sweltering temperature inside, especially if you were totally packed in with people around you. Unfortunately, or fortunately, the venue was sold out and in classic Webster Hall fashion, it was a hot, grimy, sweaty night that did not let up until the very last dripping body had left and the last booming thud of bass had echoed through its halls.

We start things off in the second edition of Lift Off with New York producer duo, Mysto & Pizzi who has garnered some serious remix duties for Kaskade, Avicii now are taking their production to the next level for Swiss producer / DJ EDX. They add more to the melody of the track with a soothing chord progression, accentuating John Williams’ stellar vocals.

Feenixpawl & Ivan Gough add their progressive flare with a drop of a well composed synth melody and a driving bass line to Adrian Lux’s single “Burning” with Dante on the vocals.

Frenchman Michael Canitrot has released a great new single with Polina on the vocals combining melodic synth chord with growling undertones, creating a powerful and energetic track. TV Noise, known for their song with Julian Jordan, “Oxford” keeps much of the melody, while adding more of an electro house feel to it.
Eitro clarifies his talent with a catchy melody that builds into an abundance of alleviating sounds. Also be sure to watch out for “Love 2.0” coming out August 6th.
