Hip-Hop, Rap | YalaMusiq – La La La (ft. Beau Young Prince)

Posted by on January 19, 2014

As of late it seems that my music tastes have been heavily shifting towards the melody-heavy sounds of deep house and chillwave music. However, my heart still lies in hip-hop, so when I find a song that is able to combine all the elements that I am growing more fond of with those of rap, I am one happy camper.

Beau Young Prince is a native of Washington, D.C. and although he’s been in the music game for a minute, these next few months should be big ones. We have already begun to see his groovy sounds spread beyond the DMV roots, and with stellar music like this, I see no limits for how much it can grow. Enjoy “La La La” and go check Beau on Twitter to stay updated!

Hip-Hop, Mixtapes | Quiet Storm – Name In Lights

Posted by on December 5, 2011

Great beats, a good flow, and solid lyrics always equal a quality mixtape. Suffolk County native, Quiet Storm, gives us that recipe in his new mixtape, Name In Lights. The tape offers great variety with upbeat songs like “Rollin” and “La La La” but then changes and gives a chill laid back beats with ones such as “Good Days” and “Live it Up”. He even goes over Mac’s la la la from Mac’s KIDS mixtape. Overall a quality mixtape that you should definitely grab and look for more good things to come from Quiet Storm. In the meantime hit him up on Twitter and like his Facebook page.

Electro, Mainstream Remix, Mashups, Techno | *Billboard Pop Songs Reworked*

All of our highly educated fans who know what’s good for them will hop on these download buttons quicker than I hop on any opportunity to blow some of A’s cash at a club. I probably should have waited until the months end before posting these filthy beats so we didn’t have to upgrade our bandwidth for the 4th time in 30 days but I just couldn’t resist. And don’t chastise me for being a 5 star slut; when she’s a 10, she’s a 10 there’s no two ways about it. Speaking of perfection, has everyone checked out this yoga video of Sarah Jean Underwood? Unreal…

Cahill is a serial club banger techno remixer and this track is just another notch on his worn belt. The Jersey stars should have used this for their music video, it’d be much more appropriate.
Enrique Iglesias Ft. Pitbull – I Like it (Cahill Club Mix) (5 Stars)

There’s absolutely no hesitation with this track, Stonebridge immediately hops on the chorus and goes to work by throwing in a solid techno baseline that adds a nice club element to the original version.
Taio Cruz – Dynamite (Stonebridge Remix Radio Edit) (5 Stars)

California Gurls is a track that has been used and abused by about every remixer out there. Well folks, I’m throwing another rendition at you simply because this feel good mash made me smile (no homo).
[p33]r0y – Treehouse Gurls (Katy Perry ft Snoop Dogg vs. Nighty Max) (5 Stars)

You trying to party?
Kelly Rowland ft. David Guetta – Commander (Samson Remix BIGLIFE EDIT) (4.5 Stars)

Before one of you god damn dweebs signs into the chat box or comment section to tell me this song is a year old, let me just tell you that I don’t care. Personally, I prefer the original La La La which is why I posted it and I’m sure people would have been asking me for it if I had just single posted the sweet mash of it.
LMFAO – La La La (4.5 Stars)
DJ Mighty Mi vs. LMFAO vs. Afrojack – La La La (Afrojack Ghetto Blaster Refix) (4 Stars)
