There’s nothing I love more than raw talent, there’s a realness to the music that you can’t clone, and The Blancos carry that with them with every song they’ve sent over. The energy that these guys create with their edgy garage rock productions layered with throaty blues vocals, make for an aura reminiscent of the legends Bob Seger, Joe Cocker, or the contemporary Black Keys. With their first live show in NYC coming up at Piano’s August 16th, and an upcoming EP later in the year, one can only be excited for the growth of this band, and where they intend to take their sound!
