Ok – so I said I won’t be posting much Justin Bieber, but this track is pretty cool. Figgy flipped “Hold Tight” into a sexy, smooth chill track and lowered the vocals a notch or two. Okay, so I know a lot of covers and remixes of this song have been exponentially blogged on every single site but for the sake of this one, this remix is going up. It’s of the best integration of Hip Hop and R&B that I’ve heard in awhile, and lets be honest, the original is pretty catchy to begin with. Check it.

Usually you won’t catch me posting Justin Bieber, but this Chiefs remix of “All That Matters” is fire. The beats are clean and crisp and sound crazy cool under the chopped Bieber vocals. The Biebs himself has recently started a Music Monday series, releasing a new track every week, and FNT regular PropaneLv took to last weeks “Heartbreaker” release for his weekly Monday remix series. Really liking the addition of some bars to this down tempo love song.

I want to hate this so much because it’s Justin Bieber, but I can’t help but give credit where deserved. This turned out to actually be a great Electro-House production from No Pets Allowed. The drop reflects older Electro-House, or real Electro-House as I will call it. Most of the new Electro-House tracks now sound borderline Dubstep. Though I am embarrassed for liking this, No Pets Allowed kept it real and tasteful.

Every week I see a new Joseph SoMo video. And every week I’m left speechless, and if you know me, that is a rare feat. This week, SoMo covers Justin Bieber’s hit song, As Long As You Love Me, and turns it into an emotionally charged, passionate ballad. When Justin Bieber sings it, you can tell it is a commercial, mainstream sound, but when Joseph SoMo sings it, you can feel the true meaning behind the song. Often my opinion on a song changes after hearing a Joseph SoMo cover, in this case because he puts much more emphasis on the lyrics and story of the song.
